The platform's successful integration with Rocketlane enabled project data synchronization. This integration empowers Zoma's sales and delivery teams with structured onboarding workflows, standardized estimation templates, and real-time collaboration capabilities.

Zoma.AI Chatbot

Deployed an intelligent chatbot named Zoma.AI within the platform, enhancing visibility and responsiveness, particularly in the Top-Down Estimation section. The chatbot assists users with real-time suggestions, estimation queries, and faster access to relevant data, improving the overall user experience.

Admin Project Initiation Interface

A streamlined platform interface enables admins to initiate a new opportunity by entering all essential details, including Opportunity ID (from the integrated CRM), Deal ID and Stage, Work Location, User Count, Middleware/ESB requirements, Project Type, Maintenance Window, Blocker Dates, Estimated Completion Time, and Probability %.

Top-Down & Bottom-Up Estimation Framework

The platform incorporates a dual estimation model, Top-Down for high-level forecasting and Bottom-Up for detailed effort planning. Users can define roles, allocate hours per phase, set budgets, and align timelines, enabling accurate, transparent, and flexible project estimations across sales and delivery teams.

Add-Ons & Pricing Summary Module

A robust Add-Ons tab enables detailed pricing flexibility, supporting one-time and recurring billing models. With features like quantity, unit price, discounts, and billing frequency (monthly/annual), users can generate precise financial summaries. The Total Contract Value is auto-calculated by combining Top-Down, Bottom-Up, and Add-On data.

Billing & Cost Breakdown Interface

Zoma offers a dedicated tab for billing breakdowns, letting users define user descriptions, discount logic, and price per unit. Values are auto-summarized and derived from project data, enabling decision-makers to view net pricing in real time while aligning costs with defined scopes and deliverables.

Summary Tab with Intelligent Cards

The Summary tab aggregates key metrics using dynamic cards sourced from Top-Down data, the Details tab, and project timelines. It offers an executive-friendly view of estimation, pricing, and progress, instantly accessible in one place.

Centralized Project Management via Admin Panel

The Admin panel under the Projects section serves as a centralized command center, allowing users to view, edit, and manage all projects with advanced filtering based on deal stage, project type, and other parameters. This ensures streamlined governance and full lifecycle visibility across teams.
